One of my favorite Halloween movies is Hocus Pocus and of course, the song that goes along with it. I sing the Annie Lennox version of the song and get lost in it every time I do. The lyrics and meaning behind the song is amazing, plus the sultry tones just make it perfect for me. I digress, we’re here to talk about clothes and hair but I squirrel easily, especially when it comes to Halloween!
I loved the Truth hair that was out for sale this past weekend called “Potion”. I mean, what could be more perfect for my witchy photo? Potion comes with so much, let’s see if I can break it all down. There’s horns that also are included (not shown) that have their own HUD with various colors and textures. The bangs are unrigged and separate, so you can go with or without them. The hair comes in 3 sizes, and each size has a S, M, L, XL and XXL chest option. The color HUD has a separate streak section that allows you to color the braids a completely different color than the rest of the hair, along with 4 separate style options. There’s so much you can do with this hair, it’s amazing.
zOOm also had the Liv Sweater Dress and Boots on sale this past weekend. It’s the cutest sweater dress with 6 texture options on the HUD. There’s a love heart texture in 3 colors and the sun/moon/stars texture with 3 color options. It comes in GenX Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn and Reborn Juicy for the sweater and the boots. There’s only one color option for the boots, but it matches the base color of the sweater dress and the textures have the various colors.
Adding some of my many many DRD items in the background rounded out my witchy photo! Focus has a great magic circle pose pack with various poses for a seance circle and I loved the one holding the book. Thank you to all of these amazing creators who give us witchy people some great items to make these types of photos come to life and any chance to take a Halloween photo, I’ll take it!
